These Terms and conditions govern the use of Hope International Health online service including shopping, and participation in promotions on the Hope International site.

Purchasing from Hope International NZ Ltd
Hope International provides shoppers with a quick, easy and secure way to purchase natural health products and books online. Products displayed on the sites shopping areas can be purchased using secure online Visa, Master Card and Paypal transaction facility. Customers can beconfident that all of their details are protected by the leading security mechanisms available and are ONLY used to fulfil your order.

In order to complete a purchase you will be asked to sign into www.international.co.nz. By registering as a member you will be able to purchase our products and opt to receive regular emails. Any order placed by you in the manner described onthis website is an agreement by you to purchase a particular product at the advertised price (including delivery costs and other charges) specified on this website at the time you place your order. Orders are only accepted while stocks last. You acknowledge that, by placing an order, youare agreeing to pay for the total sum. Please note that products placed in the shopping basket that are not paid for may be subject to change.

If the items you order are out of stock, Hope International will contact you to offer a refund or advise an alternative delivery date.

Capacity to contract
Orders can only be placed with Hope International by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.

All prices in the online shop are represented in New Zealand currency, NZD. All prices are inclusive of the New Zealand Governments Goods and Services Tax (GST), currently set at 15% of the price of all products. All prices are correct at the time of publication; however we reserve theright to alter prices for any reason at any time.

Credit Card transactions are processed in New Zealand.

Hope International tries to keep delivery costs at a minimum and reserves the right to amend our rates from time to time delivery is charged on a per parcel basis. Please ensure that you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Hope International will not, andcannot be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address.  Should you enter the wrong address, Hope International is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

If you supply us with a false address we will not ship the goods. If you fail to supply a valid address after 14 days we will cancel your order.

Hope International cannot guarantee delivery times, but we do everything within our means to get the product to you in a timely fashion. All deliveries are made Monday Friday via New Zealand Post and or Tolls Transport (no weekend deliveries).

Guarantee of safe arrival
All products are packaged to standard. If there is any damage to the package content please contact Hope International at office@hopeinternational.co.nz and we will respond within 48 hours during weekdays.

Customs / Import Regulations
Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited or restricted within your delivery country. Hope International accept no liability for the refund or replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation orconfiscation of any goods by your countrys Customs Office or other government body. Likewise, any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countrys import authorities in resalable condition, we willrefund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We cannot provide a refund until we have received the products back. We do not provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to containing items which are prohibited.

We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.

Hope International makes every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in good condition. If for any reason you experience a problem with your order please email us at office@hopeinternational and wewill do our utmost to resolve any issue. Hope International stands by the quality of its products and if there is a problem please notify us within 14 days of your order, where we will be happy to offer a replacement if appropriate. Please note we cannot refund postage and packagingunless goods are deemed to be faulty. However, misuse, unauthorized use or product tampering may prevent us from accepting return of product.

Use of the Service by You
Your right to use the service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the service.

Hope International never passes on, sells or distributes your information to anyone else. If you choose to join our mailing list we will email you with product news, upcoming promotions and general information. At any time you can unsubscribe from our mailing list.





No part of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner without the prior written consent of Hope International NZ Ltd.

The information contained in the service has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about Hope International.  Hope International reservesthe right to change, delete or move any of the material on the service at any time without notice.

Hope International shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access the service. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained fromthe service, your use of or reliance on the service or any of the information or materials available on the service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.
